Frequently asked questions.

1. Do you bottle your beer?
No, we don't bottle our beer. The Brewmaster feels that it loses its flavor once you bottle it, so we have 64oz. growlers to go that we fill instead.

2. How long have you been open?
We opened on July 17th, 2006.

3. How's business been?
Business has been great. We have had such great support, along with people who just happened to be driving by. We appreciated all the support we have been given.

4. Are you open year round?
Yes, we are open year round. We will be here throughout the long winter.

5. Can you have kids in here?
Yes, we even have a childrens' menu. They are just not allowed in the beer garden (no exceptions)

6. What's your lightest beer?
It all depends on what you mean? Light in color, alcohol, or flavor? Most people mean light in color and flavor. Well, all of our beer is very flavorful, this is a microbrewery, after all! Right now, either the Witless (a Belgian Witbier) or the Pail Ale are the lightest in color.

7. What do you have like a BudLight?
NOTHING! Don't let our Brewmaster hear you say this!!.

8. Where do you make your beer?
It is all made right here in the smaller yurt. Through the white door to the right of the bar.

9. How do you close the windows near the top of the dome?
A really big ladder. Ask the bartender for the other story the owners like to tell.

10. Do you have wine?
Yes, we carry local wines, check the board to see which ones we currently have.

11. What are your hours?
They are printed on the front of our menus. Tuesday-Thursday: 12pm-8pm, Friday-Saturday: 12pm-10pm, Sunday 12pm-7pm. Closed Mondays, Winter hours may differ so check back here on the site for upcoming changes.

12. Who did the concrete work here?
Rick Richter from Sedro-Woolley. His business cards are located near the front entrance.

13. Who's the Brewmaster?
It's not the younger guy behind the bar! Our Brewmaster is usually running around in a Cougar or Birdsview Brewery T-shirt with cutoff sleeves. He will also be in shorts and rubber boots, and usually soaking wet. With the exception of transfer days, when he will be bundled up since he is in the cooler all day.

14. When are other beers coming?
Making beer takes time; its not an overnight process. Right now, we are trying to keep our current beers in stock before we can make any more. More beers will eventually be coming. Check this site often for notice of newly released beers.

15. Why did you choose this location?
We live right here on this property. We own 12.5 acres here, so naturally, it's the best spot.

We have a seven barrel system; we usually brew about 180 gallons at a time.

Currently, we have our beers at the Rockport Pub, Lyman Tavern, Boondocks, and Asian 1.
