Hefeweizen 2 row pale and wheat malt. Flaked oats and wheat are added for good measure. A German Hefeweizen yeast makes the brew.
Amber Lushus A tasty treat made with maple syrup.
Scraps Our signature Amber Ale was made using the remaining grains of other recipes, now it's own unique formula.
Sweet Molly Brown This is currently our darkest beer on tap. Vienna Malt is the base, and molasses gives it a sweet taste.
IPA This style of beer, India Pale Ale, has been brewed by many brewers. Cascade Hops gives this beer its great flavor.
Pail Ale Yes, its spelled right. The name originated in 19th century England when the beer was carried in pails.
Witless in Bridsview A Belgian Witber (wit meaning white). It's brewed with flaked wheat and oats, along with bitter orange peel and coriander seed. A very light summer beer.
Pilsner 152 A very light Lager-style Bohemian Pilsner.
It's Da Porter A dark chocolaty - coffee beer.
Ditsy Blonde A Blonde Ale with a hint of lime and lightly hopped
